Do Shwasfit products need filter replacement?
No, Shwasfit products do not require filter replacement. They are rechargeable devices that can be used again and again for up to 2 years. Simply charge the device using the provided USB-C cable to continue using it.
How do I charge my Shwasfit device?
Shwasfit devices come with a USB-C cable (not a charging adapter). You can plug this cable into any USB port, power bank, or USB adapter to recharge the device. The package does not include a charging device, only the USB-C cable.
What is the battery life?
Shwasfit devices provide long-lasting battery life. A single charge lasts for extended use, and the device can be recharged multiple times over its 2-year lifespan.
What if my device needs repair?
If your device needs repair, you can send it to our office address. The cost of package shipment to and from our office shall be borne by the customer. The cost of repair will be billed separately based on the specific repair needs.
Is Shwasfit water-resistant?
While Shwasfit is designed to handle light moisture, it is not fully water-resistant. We recommend avoiding exposure to rain or water splashes.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our shipping capabilities to other countries soon.
