Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SHWAS.FIT purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our refund and return terms below.

• Refund requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. No refund requests will be accepted after this period.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
• No refund will be processed if the product is damaged, has visible usage marks, or is not in its original condition.
• Deductions may apply as per the case, including but not limited to shipping, handling, or restocking fees.
• Deductions may apply even if the product is not received by the buyer due to refusal, incorrect address, or other reasons.
• Refunds are not applicable for items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".

1. Email your refund request to enquiry@shwas.fit with your order details and reason for refund.
2. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or photos of the product.
3. If approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping. The product must be shipped back within 2 days of approval.
4. Once received, the product will be inspected for eligibility (unused, undamaged, no visible usage marks).
5. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval and inspection.
6. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund status.
